logoPosition Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled IICS Developer to join our dynamic team at a stable manufacturing company in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless data integration, support business intelligence initiatives, and contribute to the company’s digital transformation efforts. A strong background in data integration, APIs, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Develop ETL/ELT processes using IICS to integrate data from diverse source systems such as cloud platforms, databases, and APIs.Collaborate with source system experts to conduct in-depth analysis and document data sources and processes, ensuring comprehensive gap analysis reports are created.Work with target system experts to identify appropriate targets, conduct system analysis, and produce detailed data reports.Perform data validation, optimize processes, and automate data transfer procedures.Design, develop, and test application interfaces using application connectors for B2B solutions.Lead the design of data warehouse ETL processes using IICS.Evaluate the existing data infrastructure and provide architectural recommendations that align with business requirements.Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.Optimize the organization’s IT environment, focusing on efficiency, stability, and security.Create detailed ETL specifications for offshore development teams.Manage and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.Provide leadership and mentorship to business intelligence and analytics application development teams.Resolve issues identified by project teams and ensure the effectiveness of internal control systems.Stay current with the latest tools and techniques in the field and share knowledge with team members.Essential Skills and Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including expertise in Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, and Cloud Application Integration.Proficiency in designing and implementing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions, particularly with Informatica, Power BI, and Tableau.Solid understanding of APIs, data security, and integration, with experience working with application-delivered APIs.Extensive experience in large database management using SQL Server and integrating data from SAP systems.Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and cloud-based databases.Practical knowledge of both traditional and agile SDLC methodologies.Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to work effectively in collaborative offshore-onsite teams.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to perform well under pressure.Compensation:Base Salary: $115,000 – $145,000Bonus: 20% Target Bonus
