The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering principles and
a track record of developing scalable, high-quality software solutions across a variety of platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Lead a team of 3-5 software developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship,
and code reviews.Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code primarily in Python for our new unique ID platform.Collaborate with the development team to plan, design, and execute software solutions
that align with the company’s strategic goals.Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications.Integrate software
components and third-party programs to meet specifications.Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in Python development.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Experience
leading a small team of software developers.Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio of Python projects.Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.Familiarity
with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Experience with Spark and DatabricksStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
