The company is led by industry veterans with leadership experience at top tech companies such as Facebook, Uber, LinkedIn and Microsoft.
The company’s b2b2c product will have a positive impact on their customer companies as well as the communities of users of those companies’ products.
The company will pay up to $200k plus equity which could be very lucrative.

Job Responsibilities:
– All the work will involve LLMs and NLP, generative modeling.
– Building groundbreaking AI systems, leveraging multiple LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 2).
– It will be about 35% research and 65% engineering.
– The data you’ll work with will be about 80% text, 20% images/voice/video.
– Designing and implementing NLP models to improve the product’s functionality.
– Fine tuning open source models, leveraging OpenAI and Anthropic models, working with RAG.
– Staying current with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP and AI.

Qualifications
– The ability to work as an AI scientist and software engineer.
– Able to build models and ship on your own without the support of a large team.
– Understanding of NLP, AI, OpenAI, GPT4.
– Experience in building/shipping AI products, software engineering capabilities.
– At least 4 years of professional experience.
– Deployed AI models/APIs into production involving LLM (GPT-4, Bert, etc.).
– A Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent expeirence.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
