Job Description:We’re looking for a solid engineer who’s passionate about data platform, data infrastructure, providing a seamless end to end experience to all client teams.Develop and implement changes in the Data swarm system for data Infra in client.Build and test the Data swarm and Batch Control Plane system as required by client.Build and test the Data swarm and Batch Control Plane system supporting UI as required by client.Work towards project deliverables and goals for the Dats swarm and Batch Control projects according to the client project plan.Periodic review with client engineering managers for the Data swarm and Batch Control Plane system to get feedback on the progress of one client’s milestones.Additional support is needed for the Data swarm and Batch Control Plane system projects, as defined by the client team
Activity Planning and Execution Approach:a. Work closely with client’s project managers to detail the activities, tasks, dependencies and Deliverables planning.
Minimum qualifications:6 years of programming experience in a relevant programming language6 years relevant experience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experienceExpert with Python and Thrift, bonus on RustExperience designing, analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resourcesExperience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliabilityExperience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changesExperience with intra- and inter-team collaborationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Must-Have Skills: Expert with Python and Thrift, bonus on RustExperience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experienceExperience designing, analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
