We empower industry leaders to implement their Streaming Data Strategy with a comprehensive approach to data control, compliance, and security; unconstrained by their infrastructure providers. Our platform mitigates data security risks while enhancing communication, automation, and observability across data flows, enabling teams to collaborate effortlessly across the organisation.
We have hubs in London and New York, and we are looking for people who are excited by our mission and who want to share this journey with us. For us, hybrid means being in the office together on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
About The Role
We’re seeking a talented and collaborative Frontend Engineer to join our London-based team. In this hybrid role, you’ll help us create beautiful user interfaces that empower users to scale Kafka in their organisation, share data with 3rd parties, and apply data quality rules.
You’ll work closely with our design team to deliver a great user experience, implemented with performant, well written and tested code.

What will you be doing?
Building great user interfaces in React and TypeScript, creating beautiful components with Storybook and testing it all with Playwright and VitestIdeating and implementing innovative features for our end usersWorking and collaborating with our UI/UX Design team to ensure our user experience is flawlessImproving performance and navigation and helping to integrate design changes into the frontendWorking with our backend teams (Scala backends) using REST services (OpenAPI) to ensure seamless integration with the server sideBringing your Front-end experience to improve our overall code quality, tools and processesActively contributing to the development of best practices within the team is important to us as we are always open to new ways of working
What experience are we looking for?
You must have worked with React + TypeScriptWe place high value on type-safety in our codebaseYou have integrated REST endpoints in productionYou are familiar with state management libraries, including Zustand and ReduxYou are naturally curious and eager to always be learning and improvingYou’re highly collaborative, enjoy helping others in both your immediate and wider teams and actively contribute your ideas and thoughts to meetings and brainstorming sessionsYou have excellent communication skills; we value giving feedback and contributing both verbally and in writingYou have had some exposure to testing on the front endYou care about emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
Nice to have
You’ve got experience using TanStack Table and TanStack QueryYou’ve got experience writing and maintaining end to end tests with Playwright
