The independent financial advisory industry is a $80T Market in the US with little technological innovation comparted to the self-service market. (Robinhood, Betterment, Wealthfront, SoFi) For Example: it often takes financial advisors three days to open client accounts and requires antiquated processes like faxing paper work. Crazy!

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop web applications using Vue.js, React.js, and JavaScriptCollaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality softwareWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable codeParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team membersIdentify and address performance issues and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in front-end engineeringStrong proficiency in Vue.js, React.js, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with TypeScript and Node.jsExperience working in an early stage start-up (what # employee were you?) Can demonstrate working with ambiguity and agency Proven track record of delivering scalable web applicationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
