Job Description:

Proven hands on UI Engineer – not someone who is front and backend focused. React, CSS & JavaScript will be the main focus of the interview Mostly greenfield projects – will be working with legacy tech to rebuild select apps – not trying to replicate it but rebuild it to be better once modernized.Logistics:

Must Haves:CSS3HTML5Strong React JS experienceBuilding and maintaining a design system or component library with documentation across multiple teamsCore JavaScriptCypress or Playwright, React Testing Library or other unit testing frameworkFamiliarity with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and experience working closely with UXWebpack or Vite and knowledge in state managementResponsibilities: Develop and test code to deliver functionality that meets the overall business strategy and objectivesBuild the work needed to implement features from the product backlogSize user storiesUnit test code, create automated test scripts, and execute all other testing-related tasksTest deliverables against a user story’s acceptance testsExecute necessary project documentationWork closely with other team to ensure that features meet business needsFollow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentationWork with infrastructure, security, and other partnersRequired Qualifications: 3-5 years in an engineering role1-3 years participating in agile developmentScrum certification, a plusExperience with test-driven development and software test automationDeep experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
