Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Software Engineer to lead development of scalable full-stack solutions for our B2B SaaS platform. As a technical leader, you’ll be actively contributing to our product development, while also architecting scalable products, helping establish engineering best practices, and contributing to hiring strategies and team development. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in distributed systems, micro-services architectures, and both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of building maintainable, well-tested applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using modern technologiesLead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teamsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeMentor junior developers and conduct code reviewsParticipate in architectural decisions and technology selectionTroubleshoot and debug complex technical issuesContribute to technical documentation and best practices
Qualifications
7+ years of professional software development experienceStrong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React)Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architectureProficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar)Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience mentoring junior developersExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with agile development practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML technologiesExperience with system scaling and optimizationExperience with real-time data processingKnowledge of security best practicesExperience with CI/CD pipelinesPrevious experience in B2B SaaS companiesContributions to open-source projectsTrack record of technical mentorship
