We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the backend, frontend, and AI-integrated solutions, solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to technical decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend focus but should also be proficient in frontend development.
This is a Full time internal role (Remote)
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications Work on backend services using Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang Develop front-end applications using React.js Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices Integrate AI/ML features, with some knowledge of GenAI tools and ML deployments Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse Ensure application monitoring, performance optimization, and testing Deploy and manage services using Kubernetes and Docker (strong understanding required) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems and drive technical decisions Adapt to working in Nepal time zone, including occasional off-hours, late nights, or early mornings
Requirements:
5-6 years of hands-on experience in software development Strong expertise in backend development with Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang Proficiency in frontend development with React.js Experience working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Experience integrating AI/ML features into applications Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker (mandatory) Familiarity with application monitoring, testing, and performance optimization Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required)
