Full Stack Engineer – HYBRID

Job Overview

Great opportunity to join a well financed digital prime brokerage start as one of their founding engineers in a full stack capacity!
Currently a team of 15, they plan to grow to 45 by the end of 2025, with their main office in London and a small team in Abu Dhabi. With operations set to launch this year (pending regulatory approval), this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.
Key Responsibilities:Develop secure, scalable web applications using NestJS (backend) and ReactJS/Next.js (frontend).Build and manage microservices-based architectures and API integrations.Optimize and scale platforms using Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions for institutional clients.Focus on secure coding, automation, and test-driven development.
Skills & Experience Required:Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS.Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and automated testing.Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Bonus Points For:Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kafka, Docker, or Python.Experience in digital assets, crypto, or regulated financial services.
