Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the frontend architecture for the company’s primary web application, utilizing React, Remix, and TypeScript.Develop and maintain internal web tools to enhance team efficiency and improve the user experience.Produce high-quality, well-organized documentation to facilitate clear technical communication.Collaborate with Backend Engineers to integrate frontend elements with server-side functionality.Write reusable code and libraries that can be leveraged for future projects.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience as a Frontend or Fullstack Engineer, with a deep understanding of web development principles.Familiarity with React, Remix, and TypeScript is preferred, but not essential.A strong grasp of unit and integration testing frameworks.Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting their professional development.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
