Role Mission
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll drive the development of high-performance back-end systems that power our platform’s core functionality. By applying your expertise in Typescript, data structures, and algorithms, you’ll solve complex problems and ensure the scalability and reliability of our platform. You’ll also play a key role in integrating AI-driven features, including large language models (LLMs), to deliver innovative solutions that shape the future of our product and create a lasting impact on our users.
Deliverables
Design, build, and deploy AI models using LLMs to enhance network performance, predict issues, and improve customer experienceEngage in full stack development for seamless integration of AI-driven features across front-end and back-end systemsCollaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI features that improve service quality and efficiencyDevelop APIs and microservices to enable real-time AI data processing and decision-makingEnsure AI systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient in handling high data volumes and user requestsComply with industry standards and regulations, implementing security best practices to protect user data and privacyDrive continuous improvement by leveraging user feedback and data analytics to refine AI modelsCreate documentation on AI models, full stack development, and best practices for effective knowledge transfer and collaboration
About You
Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with strong backend experience (this is an 80% backend role)Strong understanding of Data StructuresExperience with AI/LLMs Strong proficiency in Typescript and hands-on experience with NestJS and NextJSExtensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure and servicesSolid understanding of software development best practices and design patternsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environmentEffective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice To Have
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CDExperience with containerization and orchestration tools such as DockerKnowledge of GraphQL and RESTful API designPrior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
