About The Role
We are excited to be partnering with a pioneering early-stage tech start-up working at the intersection of AI and data accessibility. Their first product enables universal access to public web data in a way that’s fair, participatory, and future-facing.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join a fast-moving, collaborative team where your contributions directly shape the product and the user experience. About You
You’re a curious and driven developer with experience building scalable, reliable systems from front to back. You’re comfortable working in flat, agile teams and are excited about contributing to something purpose-driven and technically challenging. You thrive in environments where ideas are shared freely, and where initiative is both recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain both front-end and back-end components of a scalable web platform.Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to turn concepts into real, user-centred features.Ensure optimal application performance, security, and scalability.Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve engineering best practices.Stay up to date with modern technologies, integrating them where appropriate.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop sustainable solutions.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience with React (Material UI or Chakra UI) – Must haveSolid knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js, Go, Redis.Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.Understanding of scalable architecture across client and server sides.Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.History of delivering clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
