As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join a fast-moving, collaborative team where your contributions directly shape the product and the user experience. About You

You’re a curious and driven developer with experience building scalable, reliable systems from front to back. You’re comfortable working in flat, agile teams and are excited about contributing to something purpose-driven and technically challenging. Key Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain both front-end and back-end components of a scalable web platform.Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to turn concepts into real, user-centred features.Ensure optimal application performance, security, and scalability.Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve engineering best practices.Stay up to date with modern technologies, integrating them where appropriate.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop sustainable solutions.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience with React (Material UI or Chakra UI) – Must haveSolid knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js, Go, Redis.Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.Understanding of scalable architecture across client and server sides.Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.History of delivering clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
