Full Stack Senior Java / React Developer – HYBRID

Job Overview

ICTCG is looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen the fraud management team of a leading banking partner.

You will be involved throughout the entire application lifecycle, from business requirements definition to production deployment.

Key information

Location: Brussels – 50% on-site (Week 1: 2 days, Week 2: 3 days, etc.) Start date: ASAP Duration: Long-term assignment Indicative budget: ≤ €530 excl. Vat/day Status: Freelance Residency requirement: You must already reside in Belgium (remote work from outside Belgium is not allowed)

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and define development plans and acceptance criteria. Design, develop, test, and maintain new or existing features, ensuring performance, reliability, and reusability. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues. Ensure clear and up-to-date technical documentation. Contribute to the team backlog, share best practices, and align priorities within an agile framework.

Required Skills

Java (8+): Expert (≥ 5-7 years of recent experience) ReactJS: Expert (≥ 5-7 years of recent experience) SQL: Advanced Spring / Spring Boot: Strong asset GitLab, Jenkins: Advanced sonarqube, Fortify: Advanced Maven: Advanced Agile/Scrum methodology: Proficient Fluent professional english

Nice-to-have: Knowledge of data streaming or Big Data
