Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) Is Seeking a Software Engineer To Join Our Team In Beavercreek, OH. Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate a Broad Skill Set Balanced Between Interpersonal And Technical Capabilities Achieving Sustainable Quality Products. They Will Have a Track Record As An Effective Communicator And Problem Solver Who Is Able To Develop And Maintain Good Working Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders. The Selected Candidates Will Participate In The Entire Software Development Lifecycle With a Concentration In Software Engineering. They Will Implement Solutions In a Web-based Environment And Integrate Them Into a Microservice Cloud-based Architecture. The Candidates Will Work Closely With Other Software Engineers Accomplishing The Following

Basic Qualifications For a Software Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM degree with 2 years’ experience OR a master’s degree with 0 years’ experience OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years’ experienceFull Stack Web Development programming experienceWorking knowledge and experience in the Agile development processesStrong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with small technical teamsAbility to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project resultsAbility to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutionsMust have a DoD Interim Secret clearance or higher with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearanceDemonstrated experience with PL/SQL developmentDemonstrated experience with REST APIsExperience with C# & .NET FrameworkExperience with PodmanAWS Certified Cloud PractitionerAWS Certified Cloud Developer

Salary Range: $81,300.00 – $121,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
