Responsibilities

Craft functionally and aesthetically flawless user experiences.Extend Workbase backend platform with new and improved features that thousands of users will rely on.Suggest and implement innovative ways to enhance the user experience.Maintain and enhance existing code and features.Develop continuous integration and testing systems in order to confidently deploy new software to a production environment.Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.Work with other engineers to plan and organize the development of our products.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience with React or similar technologies2+ years of professional experience with Typescript & Node.js or similar technologiesEnglish proficiency of level B1 or higher.EU Citizenship or EU Work PermitWillingness to work on-site in Wrocław

Compensation As a Fullstack Software Developer

Approximate Salary: PLN 10000 – 24800 – net/month – B2B contract

Approximate Salary: PLN 8200 – 20400 – gross/month – Permanent employment contract

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Workbase. You may also be eligible for incentives, in the form of monthly team performance bonuses (up to 35% more salary), virtual company stock (stock options), profit sharing and or long-term cash awards.
