Furrl is a funded early stage startup building the next generation of lifestyle e-commerce through a clutter-breaking discovery platform for new-age brands powered by GenAI. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalized and effective at scale.

At the helm of Furrl is our Founder, a highly accomplished professional with an educational background from prestigious institutions such as IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School. With a wealth of experience in building successful businesses from scratch, both within startups and large corporations like Myntra and ITC, our Founder has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC that she launched in India, where she mentored over 300 entrepreneurs and built a portfolio of 42 startups in the country.

Responsibilities

React Development :

Utilize your experience with Next.js and React to contribute to the development and enhancement of web applications. Collaborate with the team to implement efficient and maintainable code using React.js and Redux as required.

JavaScript, HTML5, And CSS Mastery

Demonstrate a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.

Browser-based Debugging And Performance Testing

Utilize your proficiency in browser-based debugging techniques to identify and resolve issues in the codebase. Conduct performance testing and optimization to enhance the overall user experience.

User Interface Design And Wireframing

Apply your experience in user interface design to contribute creative and user-friendly solutions. Utilize technical design and wireframing tools to translate concepts into tangible and visually appealing designs.

Git And Agile Development Practices

Work with Git for version control, ensuring the integrity and collaboration of the codebase. Contribute to Agile development practices, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Requirements

Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS Experience with Typescript is good to have. Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing Experience with user interface design, technical design, and wireframing tools Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field would be beneficial but not required Proficiency with frontend AI based vibe coding is an additional plus.
