WHAT DO WE DO?Our team helps North American business owners with revenues between $3 – $50 million on M&A growth and exit strategies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?In this role you will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify potential customers our global network of advisors can service. You’ll source and aggregate high-quality leads from platforms like ZoomInfo, Data Axle, Seamless.ai, and Apollo.io to fuel outbound sales efforts. Key tasks include filtering contacts based on ICP criteria, cleaning and validating data, and ensuring CRM records are accurate and up-to-date. You’ll also collaborate with the rest of the sales team to refine lead lists and track lead generation metrics such as volume, accuracy, and conversion rates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Source business and contact data across multiple databases.Apply filters to identify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).Clean, deduplicate, and validate contact data before import to CRM.Collaborate with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) and marketing teams to refine lead lists.Monitor data quality and flag outdated or inaccurate records.Track lead generation metrics (volume, accuracy, conversion).
