A multi-strategy investment firm with over $8 billion in assets under management is seeking a Head of AI Strategy to drive the integration of AI technologies across its operations. The role focuses on aligning AI capabilities with business goals to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor the AI landscape and identify tools and trends relevant to the business. Translate market research and user interviews into practical, high-impact use cases. Run pilots, vendor evaluations, and adoption programs. Create educational content and hands-on sessions to upskill internal teams on AI tools and workflows. Help teams recognize opportunities for automation, augmentation, or enhancement using AI. Serve as a trusted internal advisor for department heads evaluating new tooling or process redesigns involving AI.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, operations research, industrial Engineering, or similar. 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, SaaS product management, digital transformation, strategic consulting, or similar. Strong understanding of current AI toolkit/product landscape (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, agent frameworks). Experience with development in high stakes environments such as finance, defense, or healthcare. Working knowledge of financial services workflows, particularly fundamental or systematic research processes.

Compensation:

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
