We’re looking for a Technical PM/BA to lead impactful change and transformation projects within the banking and financial services sector. About the Role:As a hybrid Technical PM/BA, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-profile projects across digital platforms and front-to-back office processes. Working in both Agile and Waterfall environments, you’ll ensure successful delivery while maintaining robust governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Deliver projects end-to-end, adhering to the bank’s project management framework and governance standards.Define scope, create project plans, manage budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.Proactively address risks, issues, and deviations from plans, escalating as needed.Collaborate with sponsors and internal/external teams to achieve project goals.Ensure all projects comply with regulatory, legal, and third-party requirements.Business Analysis:Define, document, and communicate clear business requirements.Analyse current and future business processes, proposing actionable solutions.Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and investigative techniques to gather insights.Develop detailed business process models and manage end-to-end requirements.Oversee system and user testing to ensure accurate implementation.
About You:Skills & Experience:As a Project Manager:Expertise in project management frameworks and tools like ClickUp, Jira, and MS Project.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, especially within global teams.Proven ability to identify patterns and drive meaningful change.As a Business Analyst:Proficiency in business and systems analysis methodologies.Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.Strong skills in process modelling (BPMN, UML) and translating analysis into action.
Qualifications:Essential:5+ years in Financial Services or Banking, with experience in front-office (Corporate and Private Banking) and back-office operations.Proven track record of delivering large-scale change and transformation projects as a PM/BA.Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).Desirable:Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS).Certifications in Project Management (e.g. Prince2, PMP, APM).
