logoWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to manage multiple high-priority IT infrastructure projects. This role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, scope, and quality while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement across complex IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Management:Develop and manage project plans encompassing schedule, cost, scope, and quality.Identify critical dependencies and communicate tasks effectively to team members.Monitor project progress and recommend corrective actions for variances.Risk Management:Identify, document, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.Proactively engage stakeholders for risk alignment and escalation when necessary.Stakeholder Communication:Tailor communication to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity in escalations and updates.Foster collaboration and alignment among extended project stakeholders.Financial Oversight:Track project costs and forecast financial impacts of decisions.Ensure adherence to project budgets and recommend adjustments as needed.Execution Excellence:Leverage best practices to improve project outcomes.Engage in weekend migration events, as dictated by project schedules.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.7–10 years of IT work experience, including 7+ years managing IT infrastructure projects.Proven expertise in IT integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions (e.g., data center consolidation, application and network migrations, endpoint deployment, M365 tenant migration).Hands-on experience with detailed budgeting and financial tracking.Advanced knowledge of Waterfall project methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Clarity.
