JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties: Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build solutions or break down technical problems. Create secure
and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints
are met by software code development. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems. Proactively
identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new
and emerging technologies. Develop, debug, and maintain code.

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering,
or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Fullstack Engineer, Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Software Developer or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Fullstack Engineer, Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Software Developer
or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Java based backend development of high frequency low latency multithreaded components with Spring Boot, including RESTful API design and
development; utilizing NodeJS, React, Angular, HTML, CSS and Typescript to develop scalable and high performance software solutions; building JavaScript based responsive and interactive user interfaces; working with highly
optimized JSON including designing, parsing and integrating JSON with both front end and back end systems and for byte level payload transfer over the wire; writing complex, efficient, scalable and maintainable SQL queries,
stored procedures, and implementing optimizations to improve speed and efficiency; Application Architecture Disciplines in the context of active-active and hot-hot infrastructure design both for cloud and non-cloud services;
AWS Cloud Services in deploying multi region and multi AZ; Agile SDLC; Hybrid SDLC.

Job Location: 10 South Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60603.

Full-Time. Salary: $131,000 – $155,000.00 per year.
