Description:We are seeking a Sr. Power BI Developer to lead our business intelligence team and drive innovation in data analytics
solutions. This role is ideal for a highly experienced Power BI professional with a strong background in data modeling, reporting, and leadership. The Sr. Power BI Developer will be responsible for overseeing the design,
development, and deployment of scalable Power BI solutions that deliver critical business insights to internal stakeholders.As a key member of our team, you will manage a small team of Power BI developers, enhance existing
solutions, ensure platform stability, and act as a subject matter expert in Power BI technologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a small team of Power BI developers, ensuring timely delivery of business intelligence
projects.Design, develop, and implement data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into
functional and non-functional requirements.Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and incident management for Power BI solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on dashboard designs, development processes,
and system configurations.Administer and optimize the Power BI platform, ensuring its performance, stability, and alignment with business requirements.Oversee Power BI tenant and capacity settings, ensuring compliance with
change management protocols.Stay current with Microsoft Power BI releases and updates, proactively evaluating their impact on the business and implementing necessary changes.Act as the primary escalation point for production
and platform issues.Promote a self-service BI environment by providing training, best practices, and guidance to empower business users.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integrations and maintain robust data infrastructure.Report
regularly to senior management on project statuses, risks, and system upgrades.Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment through mentoring and cross-functional training initiatives.Requirements:Minimum of 4
years of direct experience in Power BI development, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role preferred.Advanced knowledge of DAX/MDX, Azure DevOps, HTML, JSON, and SQL Server.Preferred experience with Python
and PowerShell scripting.Strong expertise in data integration, data architecture, and SQL Server technologies.In-depth understanding of Microsoft Power BI products, licensing, and integrations within complex environments.Expertise
in SDLC processes and IT project management for business intelligence solutions.Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver functional BI systems.Familiarity with security methodologies,
including Row-Level Security (RLS), and data governance best practices.Proven experience managing BI tools and platforms to ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and service levels.Excellent communication and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
