Your challenges:Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutionsBeing part of building or rebuilding DATA Platform for the BankWorking with data uplift program – gathering and defining requirementsHelping to design advanced solutions around data and analyticsWorking closely together with stakeholders across the organisation to understand the expected outcome and elicit business featuresManaging delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across the organisationWorking in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery teamBanking knowledge and experience is a must
Requirements:Knowledge of SQL – it’s a mustExperience working with complex requirementsExperience in data analysis , data hygiene, data quality, etcHiveGood communication skillsOwnership and independence on the Tasks , Features , User storiesAnalytical thinking and problem solvingFamiliarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big dataAdvanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms NOT requiredNice to have: Python, SparkBanking knowledge and experience is a must
