Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:• Provide end-to-end production support for trading systems, applications ensuringseamless front-office operations.• Debug and troubleshoot technical reported system/ user issues efficiently,minimizing impact on business operations.• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.• Engage in frequent problem management, ensuring long-term stability of systems.• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, toprovide timely updates and resolutions.• Be ready to transform support, drive effort reduction, strategic fixes, buildknowledge repository, shift left and more
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java,Python).• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complextechnical issues.• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.• Experience in a dynamic, high-pressure work environment.• Prior experience supporting front-office systems is highly desirable, but candidatesmust demonstrate a willingness to embrace the challenges of such a role.
Interview process – (two internal rounds & two client rounds) The candidate will be screened by the recruiter If found suitable the candidate will go through the internal coder pad round which will check the Java development skills of the candidateAfter coder pad if the candidate is a select will go through the internal L2 round which is purely a technical round.Both the rounds will cover the cultural fitment and the behaviour aspect also.If the candidate passes the L1 & L2 will be put through the client coder pad and once selected will face the client final round.
