Jr. Marketing Data Analyst

Job Overview

logoGrowthAssistant is looking for a Jr. Marketing Data Analyst responsible for collecting and cleaning data from various marketing sources. You will build reports and dashboards to visualize the data and analyze the results for the marketing team. In addition to regular reporting, you’ll also troubleshoot existing reports, update marketing materials, and perform other data analysis tasks as needed.

Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – 70,000 per month

Tasks

Manipulate and process data sets (e.g., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duplicating) from various social media platforms, including Meta/Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.Generate templated reports for partners upon request.Develop reports and dashboards from scratch or using provided templates.Analyze data results and prepare comprehensive report summaries.Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on various data sets.Validate and troubleshoot existing reports to ensure data and logic accuracy.Perform additional ad-hoc data analysis tasks as required.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in complex data analysis, demonstrating a strong ability to manipulate, clean, and analyze large datasets2+ years proficiency in a variety of marketing data analysis tools, including Google Sheets & Scripts, Tableau, Supermetrics, Google Ads, Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook Ads), and Google AnalyticsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Sheets: Expertise in data manipulation techniques including Vlookup is essentialStrong analytical mindset: A passion for uncovering insights and translating data into actionable recommendationsReport and dashboard creation: Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards from scratch, effectively communicating complex data to stakeholders.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Willingness to work in Pacific TimeRecent experience working in the US timezone

Nice-to-have

Experience with Python or SQL scripting Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication
