What You’ll DoBuild, optimize, and deploy high-performance trading systems and financial applications.Write clean, efficient code in Java, Python, or C++, focusing on scalability and security.Design and maintain robust
microservices architectures in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions for algorithmic trading and market data processing.Develop tools to monitor
and improve system performance, reliability, and compliance with financial regulations.
What You Bring2–7 years of experience in software engineering within the capital markets industry (no exceptions).Proficiency in
Java, Python, or C++.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes.Familiarity with FIX protocol, market data platforms, or trading system architectures.Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced Agile environments.
