This colleague will work closely with the Head of Operational Governance in the UK alongside other colleagues from the UK Operations team and the Senior Governance Business Analyst in Poland.

What The Day Will Look Like
Obtaining and Retaining Third Parties (ORTP) related activities – ensuring complete audit trail.Minute and action taking for various Operation and Governance meetings and committees.Weekly monitoring of outstanding actions.Administration oversite of Governance mailboxMonthly & Quarterly reporting Collating data to facilitate reporting for various committees. Reports include Risk Universe Reporting, Conflicts of Interest Reporting, Quarterly Exec Risk Reporting.Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) activitiesAssist with maintaining the TOBA register.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Experience in similar positionFluent English Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with multiple stakeholders Data analysis including Excel knowledgeGood organisation and administrative skills Enjoys analysis and problem solving Proactive style
