What you need to be successful

To be eligible for our program, you must:

Have the right to live in Germany and/or hold an EU passportHave (or be graduating this summer from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science or a related fieldIf graduated, you may have a max of 2 years of engineering experience in the above scopes through projects, internships, and/or full-time workShowcase interest in/excitement for technology outside of the classroom (open-source/side projects, leadership/volunteering roles, Github activity, conference attendance, etc.)Have a good understanding of coding best practices (data structures/algorithms) and direct experience with coding in relevant languages and technologies (see below) Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble, inquisitive approachHave good communication and collaboration skillsBe business fluent in EnglishBe excited about working in a fast-moving, agile company where we learn from our mistakes
Technical skills we look for:
