Responsibilities

Own, monitor, and assist with Service Now slack escalation queuesProvide trusted support and escalation for technical issuesCollaborate with users to ensure consistent performanceSupport and maintain Rivian’s Slack and Collaboration work spacesSupport and maintain our Slack Enterprise Environment and custom slack applications, while enforcing Rivian’s best practices and standards.Think creatively and outside the boxDocument knowledge base articles for service desk and end usersIdentify and communicate gaps between current and desired end statesAssist with delivery management processes and enforcementSchedule and lead ad-hoc demos and trainings for Slack, Custom Slack Apps and Workflow, and other digital workplace toolsCommunicate and collaborate with internal/external teams

Qualifications

2+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience with SaaS and Slack, and the ability to support 3rd party add-ons (M365, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart and Lucid Spark, etc.)Slack Admin or Slack Developer Certifications are preferredProcess-oriented mindset and experience enabling enterprise-level processes using Digital workplace tools (specifically Slack Admin, Slack Workflows, Slack Forms, and Slack APPs and APIs)Experience configuring and supporting integration using development tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java Script, and Postman)Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL and Agile FrameworksTechnical understanding of common networking terms and toolsPrevious experience in a dynamic and agile environmentAbility to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple clients and deliverables through effective time-management and planningStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitudeGood work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zonesStrong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing prioritiesBachelor’s degree requiredExtensive experience administering Atlassian products is a plus
