Position Profile

Weaver is looking for a SQL Developer. The SQL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions that support the organization’s data management
and business intelligence needs. This role involves working closely with data analysts, application developers, and business stakeholders to ensure the efficient storage, retrieval, and manipulation of data. The SQL Developer
plays a critical role in reporting, optimizing database and data warehouse performance, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the organization’s digital transformation and automation strategies.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

3+ years of administration & development experience in MS SQL Server3+ years of experience writing complex T-SQL queries and authoring/debugging
stored procedures, functions and triggers3+ years of experience of creating and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for data extraction, transformation & loadingExperience with Microsoft Fabric,
Azure SQL, and Azure SynapseExperience using PowerShell/Python to streamline and automate frequent/recurring tasksExperience with Power BIHands-on experience of database schema and code release processesExperience of evaluating
query performance and implementing changes/strategies to improve itExperience of supporting Development teams to assist with data maintenance and query buildingIn this role you will be required to be flexible regarding work
schedule, including evening and occasional weekend duties and working with an international teamMaintaining detailed documentation on database process & proceduresExperience using source-control tools e.g. Git, Azure
DevOpsAbility to adapt to changing project requirements and environmentsStrong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of project managementExcellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong
interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams

Annual Base Pay Range for Texas: $90,000 to $110,000
