Our teams work in highly agile working environments for Fortune 1000 clients, following XP practices and best CI/CD practices. We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.

Regarding the project, you’ll be involved in a custom eCom consumer communication solution designed for planning and execution of personalised communication from newsletter to marketing campaigns and transactional communications.

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, who will be responsible for leading delivery for 1-2 development teams.

Remote working from anywhere in Spain is welcome!

What You’ll Do

Lead, design, and implement innovative analytical solutionsWork with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture to help drive decisionsBuild collaborative partnerships with architects and key individuals within other functional groupsPerform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing quality technical solutionActively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure it meets best practice specificationsBuild and foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentor team members, and provide the team with the tools and motivation

What You Have

Proven experience of leading development teamsStrong experience in Java, SpringBoot, AWS, AWS Lambda, Apache KafkaHands on experience Java, AWS, AWS Lambda, event driven/microservices/serverless architecture, establishing engineering excellenceDesign Principles, Design Patterns implementation experienceWide knowledge and experience with CI/CD
