Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making.Write DAX queries and Power Query (M language) to perform advanced calculations and data transformations.Design and
implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures for efficient data retrieval and storage.Ensure
Power BI security best practices by implementing row-level security (RLS), role-based access control (RBAC), and other security measures.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements
and translate them into actionable insights.Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and user experience.Stay up to date with
the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI development, including building dashboards, reports, and data models.Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language) for data manipulation and calculations.Strong knowledge
of ETL processes and experience in integrating data from multiple sources.Hands-on experience in SQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Understanding of Power BI security,
including Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace permissions, and data governance.
