What We’re Looking ForProven experience leading software development teams.Strong Java and Spring Framework expertise.Full-stack development experience, including React, TypeScript, and system architecture.Passion for writing clean, testable code, with experience using JUnit and Test-Driven Development (TDD).Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.Strong leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and team development.Experience in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
