Overview:The Market Abuse Surveillance (MAS) and Compliance – Investment Management teams within Group Compliance perform the surveillance of Trades, Orders and Communications and Asset Management respectively. Automated surveillance systems are implemented to detect market abuse in relation to inside trading and market manipulation. The 3rd party product (Actimize product) for MAS connects is a SaaS product which requires daily files send as input. To produce these files we need to build the ETL where we read data from different sources (Kafka) or database links and transform the data based on the output file structure.
Requirements:Along with the required engineering skills (being able to elicit, negotiate, document and manage requirements) the following skillset would be good to succeed in the area:Prior Knowledge of trading landscape.Communication skills, being able to explain items in different ways depending of the audience/stakeholder.Previous experience in banking and/or compliance area.Data Analyst skillset, basic SQL skillsNon functionals requirementsHave prior experience in Requirement management frameworkIT Landscape knowledge to support with support architectureExcellent communication skillsSupporting with vendor negotiation processKnow-how of Cloud Solutions is an advantage
