Scope of the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Cleansing Analyst to join dynamic MDM team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across our systems and processes. You will support our supply chain and cross-functional teams by conducting data audits, implementing data cleansing practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in data harmonization and process improvement initiatives as part of our ongoing MDM Transformation Program.
Responsibilities:Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to identify and resolve data discrepancies.Utilize Data Governance tools to enhance data integrity and quality.Identify and recommend process improvements for data management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and support business processes.Coordinate and address processing/reporting conflicts within the MDM team.Document business rules related to data cleansing and attribute management.Participate in data harmonization activities and MDM process-improvement workshops.Identify policy gaps and escalate issues to the Data Quality Organization (DQO) as needed.Assist in defining and documenting global MDM processes.Implement best practices for material master data quality and standards for auditing/validating data.
Requirements:Over 3 years of experience in data quality and data cleansing.Experience with SAP/MS Dynamic AX (Axapta), including Material Master, Customer, Product, and Finance Master Data.Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data management tools such as Syndigo, MS Excel, Business Objects, and SAP SQVI.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.Knowledge of SQL is a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with virtual teams and senior leadership.Fluent in English.
