Job Description:

We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with exceptional expertise to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable features across our platform. You’ll take ownership of key functionalities
and work with a team of innovative thinkers to deliver excellence at every stage of the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has years of experience in the e-commerce SaaS industry preferably in the early years of
the company. The person in this role will work with developers, technical account managers, and operations team members to ensure deliverables are timely and meet expectations.

Responsibilities:

Dev Ops: Work with the team to combine talent, processes and technology to improve product feature delivery.

Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, secure, and scalable.

Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful solutions.

Feature Ownership: Lead end-to-end implementation of features, including updates and iterations post-launch.

System Architecture: Contribute to scalable and maintainable architecture designs.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and share knowledge with junior team members to elevate overall team performance.

Design & Development: Build and maintain full-stack features, from user interface to backend logic, using TypeScript and modern frameworks.

As a successful candidate, you must have a proven track record of success in the following areas:

5+ years working within a team building e-commerce SaaS tools

5+ years of experience in a development team, 2+ years leading a team

Advanced proficiency in TypeScript across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Lambda/Node.js).

Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, modern frameworks, and development paradigms.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, RedShift).

Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket-based real-time data handling.

Background in analytics, data visualization, or SaaS platforms.
