Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges.Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed functional and technical requirements.Document business requirements, user stories, and use cases to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.Solution Design and Configuration:Design and configure nCino solutions within Salesforce to align with business processes, ensuring the system is optimized for the organization’s needs.Provide expertise on nCino’s suite of financial services applications (including loan origination, credit underwriting, etc.) and Salesforce functionalities.Customize Salesforce features, such as objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, reports, and dashboards, to meet the business needs.Process Optimization:Analyze and improve business processes to maximize the effectiveness of nCino and Salesforce.Recommend best practices and process changes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the system.Work with the development team to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure user adoption.Testing and Validation:Create test plans and scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets the business requirements.Validate that all aspects of the Salesforce and nCino configurations are functioning as expected after any updates or changes.Training and Support:Provide end-user training to ensure proper adoption and usage of the Salesforce and nCino platforms.Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and support materials.Offer ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate problems as needed.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:Work closely with Salesforce developers, system architects, project managers, and other stakeholders.Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.Manage communication between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Skills And Qualifications

Experience:3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce or nCino.Strong understanding of nCino’s financial services solutions (e.g., loan origination, credit, risk management).Experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, reporting, dashboards, and automation (e.g., Process Builder, Flow).Technical Skills:Proficient with Salesforce tools and functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).Knowledge of nCino functionality, including its integration with Salesforce.Ability to create detailed documentation and process flows.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and business teams.Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Certifications:Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and nCino training/certifications are a plus.Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or other Salesforce certifications are beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or banking industry.Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.Familiarity with data migration, integration techniques, and APIs.
