Overview:

Our client, a Medical Claims company is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join their organization! This is a 100% Remote and Direct Hire role! Candidates must be located in EST or CST time zones. No sponsorship is provided for these roles.

Summary:

To succeed in the role of .NET Developer, you will be required to manage the full life cycle of a project with little or no supervision. This includes working with their technical peers from partner companies to analyze, develop, monitor, and support the data extraction, transformation, transfer, and loading processes to meet ours and our customer’s needs. Understanding of common data storage and transfer technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON, Web Services, and SFTP is required. We are looking for someone who is very organized and can keep track of and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop code to automate the import and export of data in various formats to internal and external locationsWork with project stakeholders to develop workflows and data formats that address the project requirementsCreate and maintain detailed documentation and process flowsCreate and modify database objectsIdentify, debug, and advise on system, process, or architecture issuesEnsure that best practices are adhered to during the development of integration processesAnalyze and improve on current system integrationsAssist in daily administration activities including monitoring, support, and maintenance of legacy data feeds

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent knowledge of a programming language (C# / a .NET language are preferred)2 to 3 years RDBMS experience (Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or newer preferred)Working knowledge of Scripting Languages (PowerShell is preferred)Working knowledge of FTP / FTPS / SFTP / RESTful Web ServicesAbility to read and write an XSD or JSON Schema DefinitionWeb Services required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college, or relevant industry experience1-3 years in Auto and/or Workers’ Compensation, Medical Claims, Independent Medical Exam or Peer Review account management experience is preferred
