THE ROLE
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Office Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days a week from our central Bristol office. This role is essential to support the smooth running of our office operations, ensuring day-to-day activities are managed efficiently while supporting various departments as needed. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our collaborative and productive office environment. This position would suit a recent graduate or an individual looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and office visitors.Manage office supplies, coordinate orders and track inventory.Assist with scheduling and supporting the management team as needed.Organise and maintain filing systems and record-keeping.Support departments by preparing reports and other documentation.Handle data entry tasks and ensure information accuracy.Assist with internal and external communications when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
