As a 2nd Line IT Engineer, you’ll be expected to:
Configure and maintain Client Networks, including DNS services, TCP/IP connectivity and wireless technologiesAdminister and optimise systems, ensuring compliance with
cybersecurity standards and delivering seamless performanceContribute to the success of a high-performing team while developing your skills through exposure to new technologies and environments
Can you?
Provide expert-level support for Windows Server and Microsoft 365, including configuration of file, print and remote access services?Demonstrate experience with email applications, including administration of
enterprise email and customisation of Microsoft Office Suite applications?Explain your knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, firewalls, VLANs and switches?Manage and maintain backup solutions, ensuring
reliability and continuity?Work under pressure, manage client expectations, and deliver quality solutions within deadlines?
