products This will involve working independent as well as collectively within the wider L3 function within Trade Surveillance to investigate diagnose and provide answers and solutions in a timely fashion on production issues
The main technologies used are Oracle Java Spring Boot Angular Java Spark and HIVEResponsibilities includeCommunicating with the wider L3 function on daily standups around issues and their remediationsWorking with GPA L1
and other L3 colleagues to triage investigate and resolve production issuesResolve productions issues independently where possibleReport status on issues to management with part responsibility on reducing them over the longer
termWork with the development teams where required for more complex issues to fix production issuesMonitor and resolve any production blockages i.e. data pipeline flowsWork with the wider team to in sure runbooks are up
to date and actionableUnderstand ongoing work and its effects on the products and guide teams on ways to improve production stabilityOwnership of issuesSkill setExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem
