The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented, disciplined, process-driven, and passionate about helping us care for our patients.

About The RoleProvide direct support to the Manager of Patient ServicesReceive and initiate patient calls and texts to coordinate care, effectively communicate our core services, and facilitate patient scheduling with providers.Onboard patient details to secure EHR platform in accordance with HIPAA guidelinesAssist with patient outreach and troubleshootingUpdate tracking forms to reflect the process with each patientOther basic administrative tasks/projects as needed
