the flexibility to work from home. However, our office in Farringdon is always available to you.
Your mission:We’re looking for a passionate and outcome focused individual to support our ambitious growth target by
ensuring the company is leveraging its infrastructure to gain a competitive advantage in a sector rife for disruption.
Our existing platform – Chase – has been a transformative solution in our current market, and we want to support our success by breaking it down into smaller flexible services as we look to grow significantly in existing
and new markets.
Our approach to technology guarantees the opportunity to use the most up to date techniques, tools, and practices. You’ll have the full support of your Squad as well as the wider Development team to
create and maintain the best possible products.

You’ll be (but not limited to):Creating new services to support our product familyContributing to design and architecture discussionsWriting well designed, testable, metrics-driven
codeWriting automated tests to ensure the product qualityTransforming our existing platform into a new event-driven microservices architectureDiscovering and trialling new tools to introduce to the company to grow the Agile
development environmentUtilizing Cloud technologies to improve our system’s maintainability, availability, and resilience
Candidate Description:We will help you grow the skills you need for this role, but we expect candidates to apply who have:You’re great at leveraging modern development techniques to create back-end solutionsExperience
working in an Agile, fast-paced, DevOps environmentExperience working with cloud-native technologies, specifically with AWS3+ years proven commercial experience as a software developer or a similar software engineering roleExperience
using Python – JavaScript, Java or another modern language is a bonus
