This hybrid role requires 4 days onsite per week in Boston, MA, offering an excellent opportunity to collaborate with top engineering talent and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and develop high-performance, scalable applications using Java and related technologies.Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and system architecture principles.Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-level applications.Work with Spring Boot, AWS, and cloud-based technologies to build resilient and scalable backend solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, DevOps, and QA, to deliver best-in-class software solutions.Ensure security, performance, and reliability in all aspects of development and deployment.Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, improving overall software development processes.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development.Strong hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.Experience in leading and mentoring teams, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring best practices.Proficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
