The Product Data Analyst will be a key member of our Product team, focusing on transforming product and customer data into actionable business insights. This role will partner closely with Product Management to drive data-informed decision making and help scale our product organization through analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business data analytics initiatives to provide visibility into product performance metrics and KPIsBuild and maintain cross-functional dashboards and reporting systems to track key metrics including revenue, bookings, retention, engagement, and R&D costsPartner with Product Managers to identify metrics that matter and develop frameworks for measuring successSynthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., product usage, financial, customer) to craft compelling strategic narrativesDevelop and automate reporting systems to enable self-serve analytics across the organizationCreate and maintain documentation for data definitions, metrics calculations, and analysis methodologies

Your Profile

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar quantitative roleStrong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau)Excellence in data visualization and presentation of complex analyses to stakeholdersExperience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel)Proven track record of using data to influence product and business decisionsBachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field

Experience with Python/R for data analysisKnowledge of statistical analysis Familiarity with product development processes and agile methodologiesExperience working with subscription/SaaS business modelsUnderstanding of user behavior analytics and customer journey analysis
