Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager to lead development across our portfolio of AI-powered products. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to deliver impactful features, continuously refine the product, and ensure we ship high-quality releases. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and ship new features across our Gen AI and Computer Vision product portfolioImprove existing features based on product metrics, customer feedback, and internal QATrack and optimize product performance and user experience using clearly defined metricsCreate clear functional specifications and UI mockups for engineering and design teamsCollaborate with engineering to plan and execute on feature delivery timelinesWork directly with customers to gather feedback, run pilots, and refine product capabilitiesActively participate in QA cycles and drive high-quality product releasesCommunicate product vision and priorities across stakeholdersUse AI tools in your workflow to boost productivity, ideation, and deliveryWhat We’re Looking For6–8 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years managing AI-powered productsProven experience in shipping features with cross-functional engineering, QA, and design teamsYou understand how the code works—even if you don’t write it anymorePrior hands-on coding experience is preferred (Python, cloud, or AI tooling)Strong customer orientation—you’re energized by conversations that help improve the productExperience working on enterprise-grade platforms or B2B SaaS productsComfortable navigating ambiguity and turning it into a clear product roadmapExcellent planning, execution, and stakeholder management skillsBias for action and accountability in driving outcomesOpen to travel for on-site customer visits and deployment reviewsPassion for AI and an “AI-first” mindset in how you work and buildWhy Valiance?Join us to build the future of enterprise AI.
