Job Overview

logoWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with PMP or Agile certification to join our team. This role will oversee a variety of technology projects and requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The successful candidate will manage project teams and ensure projects are delivered successfully. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the CIO to develop and manage the Project Portfolio.Work with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.Lead the requirements gathering process in partnership with business owners, business analysts, and technical teams.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Advise on project proposals, timelines, budgets, staffing, resource alignment, risk identification, and contingency planning.Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing issues or risks.Conduct post-project evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.Support project governance, maintaining the project dashboard for the department.Assist the IS team with various administrative tasks using project management tools.Required Skills and Experience:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).In-depth understanding of business process improvement, including Change Management, Work Prioritization, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement practices.Ability to stay organized and adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
We have a base salary between $150,000-$160,000.
