I’m working with a scale-up Brussels-based FinTech company, harnessing the power of AI to revolutionize financial solutions. They’re offering a fully remote role, with the option to work from new satellite offices in Brussels and Ghent when you please.All candidates must be based in Belgium and have a valid working permit.
The RoleAs a Python Developer, you will be an essential part of the technical team, working on AI-enhanced financial solutions. You will primarily use Python to develop back-end services, while experience in Golang and Django is a plus. You’ll also get the chance to work with TypeScript, and any knowledge of React will be a valuable bonus as the company continues to build robust, user-friendly platforms.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable, efficient back-end services using PythonCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end components, ideally using TypeScript and ReactDesign and implement APIs and data pipelinesContribute to the development of new features, ensuring high quality and performanceStay updated with the latest advancements in Python, AI, and FinTech technologies
Requirements:Strong experience with Python and (Django and Golang would be a bonus)Proficiency in TypeScript (React knowledge is a bonus)Experience building and integrating APIs and back-end servicesFamiliarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is beneficialStrong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
