Job Overview

A leading high-frequency trading firm is looking for a Python Engineer to create a robust and reliable foundation for their infrastructure platform. This role will give access to plenty of greenfield projects – including the creation and development of new infrastructure management tools.
Responsibilities:Write and review codeProvision servers or network devices through an automated deployment pipelineApply configuration changes to infrastructureDebug production issuesSupport both the Development and Operations teams
Requirements:A strong desire to automate processesGood adaptability while using various toolsStrong Python scripting skills/experienceExperience building Python tools for infrastructure automationExperience with configuration management (Ansible is preferred – but experience with similar tools is also accepted)Knowledge of virtualization technologies, networking, and bare-metal server management.
